A topic that resonated with us personally - when Covid affected members of our family, anxiety levels spiraled out of control. This fear of the unknown or "Anticipated Anxiety" today is what is affecting us, sometimes causing more harm than the virus itself.
It called for a much needed honest and open discussion.
We are honoured to have with us PhD. Psychologist Dr. Sucharita who during this session will discuss ways to address and cope with ‘Anticipated Anxiety’ in today's pandemic world.
