If there is one common thread that passes through all of the Live Well Webinars conducted by The Silver Surfers Club and facilitated by only the best doctors and specialists in their field - it is the importance of Pranayama in managing stress and living a balanced life.
Understanding the positive impact that deep breathing, Yoga stretches and gentle Pilates has on one’s mind, body and soul, The Silver Surfers Club is happy to have a session designed exclusively for our Senior Community.
So no matter where in the country of the world you are, make time to find your balance and connect your mind to your body at our upcoming Deep Breathing, Yoga and Pilates online classes.
For those not comfortable on the Yoga mat, Yoga can be done while seated in a chair and Pilates while on your bed. These classes which are gentle and specially designed for Seniors will comprise of 8 sessions in all, held every Tuesday and Saturday from 10 am - 11.30 am
Seniors Bollywood Dance Classes
Seniors! Put on your dancing shoes, crank up that volume and do what you love most - Dance your evenings away!! After a super successful month of online dance classes where our Silver Students joined us from around the country - we are BACK! And this time, we've upped the fun quotient with BOLLYWOOD!
So, no matter where in the country or the world you are, if you love dancing as much as we do and Bollywood dancing is your style then join our Live, Guided Dance Classes from the comfort of your home!
Classes will be held for a period of 1 month every Wednesday & Friday (8 classes)

Home Dancersize Fitness for the 50+
At The Silver Surfers Club, we're constantly curating and ideating new and exciting things for our members to learn. Be it dance, terrariums, understanding social media and so on.

Mindful Meditation Sessions for Seniors
Allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm as you gently calm your mind, ease your body into a deep meditative state and sooth your soul at our collective Mindful Meditation sessions held at sunrise and sunset all month long in June, especially for Seniors. The best part? It doesn’t matter where you are located to join our sessions and meet with our Silver Surfers as these guided sessions will be held online and in the comfort of your homes.
Be it at dusk or dawn, ensuring your maximum comfort these guided sessions will commence with gentle stretches, deep breathing and chair meditation followed by Pranayama either on a Yoga Mat or on your bed depending on your comfort.
